The sweet taste of justice is the topic of these stores from around the world. Peace restored, balance found, truth discerned, and troublemakers foiled make this entertaining romp from country to country, time to time, and continent to continent. For all ages.

Ilene Evans is an inspired storyteller, performer and scholar who weaves together music, poetry, dance and drama to bring history alive. Ms. Evans creates and presents theater programs and workshops/seminars that inform, educate, and entertain audiences young and old. She has toured extensively across the US and internationally with her historical and original works. In addition to sharing traditional folktales and Affrilachian culture, as a Chautauqua Scholar Ms. Evans portrays significant women of color who have changed the world. Her portrayals include Harriet Tubman, Coralie Franklin Cook, Memphis Tennessee Garrison, Ethel Waters, Bessie Coleman, Rose Agnes Rolls Cousins, Eslanda Robeson, and Elizabeth Catlett.
