Entrants will make a custom boil and submit a picture of their dish for a chance to win a prize pack featuring merchandise from Graham & Rollins. All participants will get a piece of candy. One grand prize winner and one runner-up will be announced after Spring Break.
This event is a part of the Willow Oaks Branch's Spring Break celebrating the Chesapeake Bay.
Eligibility
This contest is for childen ages 5 to 12.
Contestants do not need to have Hampton Public Library account to participate.
Contestants do need to reside in one of the Hampton Roads Seven Cities to win a prize.
Instructions
1. Get creative: During the week of Spring Break (April 6-10), use the Willow Oaks library’s new seafood boil play set, LEGO, Play-Doh, paper, recycled materials, or anything else you’d like to make your own seafood boil.
2. Share a picture: Ask at the front desk to borrow the library’s instant camera or email a picture to wolibstaff@gmail.com.
3. Complete an entry form: fill out an entry form and turn it in at the front desk.
