Have a blast, while making a splash!! Fort Monroe Aquatics is having water aerobic exercise classes throughout the day. 🌊

AQUATICS FITNESS PUNCH PASS (20 CLASSES) 

PARKS, RECREATION & LEISURE SERVICES MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO PURCHASE PASS

MONDAYS 

SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS (10:00 AM-11:00 AM) 

This shallow water class takes traditional exercises and modifies them for the water. These exercises help strengthen the core of the body, tone muscles and helps to improve cardiovascular performance. 

S'WET™ (6:45 PM - 7:30 PM) 

S'WET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training, plus a splash of fun, that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET.

WEDNESDAYS 

SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS (10:00 AM-11:00 AM) 

This shallow water class takes traditional exercises and modifies them for the water. These exercises help strengthen the core of the body, tone muscles and helps to improve cardiovascular performance.

 AQUA TABATA (6:45 PM - 7:30 PM)

A fusion of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and aquatic exercises, offers a low-impact, cardiovascular workout that enhances calorie burn

TUESDAY/THURSDAY 

DEEP WATER AEROBICS (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM) 

A moderate-to-high intensity class (with no impact) designed to increase cardiovascular performance, muscle strength, and stamina in deep water (buoyance belts are worn). 

AQUA FIT (TUESDAY)10:05 AM - 11:05 AM 

This shallow water class helps to improve posture, breathing, flexibility, balance and core strength. 

PI-YO-CHI (THURSDAY) 10:05 AM - 11:05 AM 

Aqua Pilates-Yoga-Achi introduces strength, balance, and energy revitalization to reinforce muscle activation and correct balance
