Help Shape the Future of Hampton's Neighborhoods
The City of Hampton is launching an Infill Housing Plan Book — and we want your input! We’re inviting residents, builders, and neighbors to help guide the future of Hampton’s communities.
In partnership with Work Program Architects, the Community Development Department is creating pre-approved floor plans for new homes on existing lots — infill housing. These designs will support thoughtful neighborhood growth while preserving our city’s unique character. Launch is scheduled for mid-2026.
Join the conversation to explore the designs, ask questions, and help shape the future of Hampton’s housing — your voice matters!
