 ting has been called in accordance with Section 3.04 of the City Charter t
 o discuss the upcoming Virginia General Assembly legislative session with 
 Hampton’s General Assembly representatives. An agenda will be published 
 on or before Friday\, Dec. 5\, 2025.\n\nInformation may be obtained from t
 he City Manager’s Office and the Clerk of Council.\n\nThe City of Hampto
