 register.\n\nThe purpose of the 2nd Annual Medical and Mental Health Welln
 ess Fair is to provide community resources in the areas of medical and men
 tal health such as but not limited to: preventive care classes\, breast ca
 ncer screenings\, discussions pertaining to the importance of prostate scr
 eenings for men\, mental health awareness\, chronic disease management\, n
 utrition\, and the importance of living an active life through exercise. T
 his wellness fair will educate our community regarding their access to ser
 vices and foster a sense of community by bringing the citizens of Hampton 
 together along with local agencies to share valuable information\, resourc
 es and offer support. Attendees will receive brochures\, pamphlets\, and o
 ther educational materials about health resources available in our communi
 ty.\n\nThis wellness fair will highlight the importance of mental health a
 wareness to reduce the stigma that surrounds this topic and encourage our 
 community to seek counseling when needed. Overall\, our Medical & Mental H
 ealth Wellness Fair aims to truly improve our community health outcomes by
  educating our citizens\, promoting access to health services within our c
 ity and encouraging a healthier lifestyle for the entire family. Together\
